Small groups, a relaxed setting and great whiskies… think of friends sitting around a table tasting different whiskies, guessing flavours, having banter* with one another whilst your host weaves in the story of what is behind the spirit in your glass.
No jargon. No pressure. Just great whisky, great pubs, great company – that’s Whisky Edinburgh
*BanterLight, playful, good‑natured back‑and‑forth conversation. It’s teasing without being sharp, humour without being heavy, and a bit of quick wit passed between people who are enjoying the moment. It’s the kind of chat you get in a good pub, around a tasting table, or when a group is relaxed enough to laugh, interrupt, and throw in their own lines.

As the saying goes, ‘when in Rome..’ coming to Edinburgh (Scotland) and not joining a whisky tasting would be like going to Paris and not climbing the Eiffel Tower… So come join us for one of our relaxed and engaging tastings.

I would suggest either the Discover Scotch or Flavours of Scotland.

It varies depending on which tasting you book…
For The Top Shelf you will get the chance sample The Macallan 18yo Sherry Cask, The Balvenie 21 Port Cask, Bowmore 18yo Sherry Cask & to mix it up Johnnie Walker Blue.
For Flavours of Scotland, you will sample four whiskies, including the delicious Bladnoch Vinaya & velvety Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban. The other two we like to keep secret and surprise you on the day,
For Discover Scotch we taste a Blended Scotch, Single Malt, Blended Malt & Single Grain. Names you will most likely recognise, which is the idea as we explore the differences in styles.
